Board of Selectmen Meeting

The Board of Selectmen will meet on Wednesday, November 9^th, 2011 at the Island Hall beginning at 6:00pm

1. Call meeting to order

2. Town Administrator Report 10 minutes

3. Public Comment 10 minutes

4. Committee Reports 10 minutes

5. Old Business 90 minutes

a. To have the Selectmen discuss the FY 2012-2013 budget process and milestones

b. To have the Selectmen discuss and possibly act on the November 19^th, 2011 Special Town Meeting Warrant

c. To have the Selectmen consider a request to appeal a decision of the Road Commissioner

d. To have the Selectmen discuss and possibly act on a plan for transitioning from an interim to a permanent Harbormaster and Shellfish Warden

6. New Business 30 minutes

a. Annual Assessors Report

b. To have the Selectmen discuss and possibly act on Assessing Update Options

c. To have the Selectmen Discuss and possibly act on a clarification to Article XXXV of the Employee Handbook, “Uniforms and Protective Clothing”.
